INSTITUTIONAL INSTRUMENT

Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

Establish the agreed boundaries for exchanging confidential information while preserving each party’s pre-existing intellectual property.

The final scope and wording are agreed with each counterparty. This page explains the process; it is not an agreement for signature.

Our process ↓

NDA

Scope of the instrument

  • Permitted purpose and authorized recipients
  • Confidentiality, duration and information handling
  • Preservation of each party’s Background IP

Drafts are shared privately after OBIS review. The final text is subject to negotiation and legal review before signing.

Electronic signing

A private invitation. An approved document.

PandaDoc is the external signing platform used in this process. After both parties approve the text, OBIS prepares the document and sends individual invitations to the designated signatories.

  • Review the complete document before signing.
  • Complete the signature and date fields assigned to you.
  • After completion, the final document and certificate are retained with the agreement.

Signing takes place through the private invitation, not on this public page. Public investor access codes do not authorize an agreement or a signature.

FAQ

Before you begin

Does submitting the form create an agreement?

No. Every instrument requires review, agreed text and authorization by the appropriate representatives.

May I send confidential technical information?

Please use only a non-confidential summary at this stage. Information exchange is defined separately under the appropriate protections.

Can I download or sign a template here?

The public pages explain the instruments. Drafts are prepared and shared privately for review; signature invitations follow approval of the final text.

Does a MoU commit funding or research resources?

The proposed MoU is an exploratory, non-binding framework. Funding, research, exclusivity or licensing commitments require a separate definitive agreement.

Where will my request go?

To the OBIS institutional mailbox, contact@obisinnovation.com. Requests and private signing links are not displayed on this website.
